Manufacturers, like many sectors in Canada, are currently being challenged by an aging workforce, limited entry into some skilled-related occupations, increasing educational requirements in many traditional occupations, and the appearance of many new occupations as technology creates new modes of working.
It can be difficult finding the information you need to understand and support local manufacturing organizations and labour mobility. In order to support with this task, ManufacturingGPS welcomes the opportunity to partner with community organizations and manufacturing stakeholders to promote and disseminate Labour Market Information (LMI).
